All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

The contract between and Purchaser shall be governed by United Kingdom law and shall be construed pursuant to the regulations thereof. Any disagreements shall be settled amicably. 3.  Conclusion of contract

By sending the order form provided on our website to us you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. You finalise the order by entering all information during the order process and sending the order form to us by clicking on the "confirm order" button.

4.  Saving of Contract

We save your order data. If you wish to receive a print-out of your order, you can print out an "order confirmation". This order confirmation will appear in your e-mail inbox once you have completed the process by clicking on "confirm order".


5.  Delivery and Shipping

a. We ship exclusively with EMS, DHL, DPD and FAN COURIER . Margé bears the transportation risk. We ship internationally to over 100 countries, if you don’t find your country in the shipping list it means that your order may be subject to additional taxes. In this case you can send an inquiry to to recieve the full price which must be paid together with detailed sipping information.

b. If the articles are not available on immediate stock, you will receive a notification in which we will agree with you a new delivery date. Usually it is 10 days. But it must be approved with you first. If you will receive the product in EU-Countries please consider between 2-7 days for shipping, please estimate your shipping date according to this information. If your order must be shipped outside of EU, then total delivery time can take 7-12 days.

c. Customers in non-EU countries
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty can take up to 5 business days more than those specified at point (d). Please note that we bear the costs for the shipment from our warehouse to your home, the insurance of the merchandise and any costs for supplementary documents. Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, but include 19% VAT. Please note that customs taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through courier. 6.  Right to return

You may return the product that you have received without indicating any reasons within 10 days by sending it back. The time limit starts running one day after the day on which you have received the product. Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time. Return shipments will be at your cost and risk. In case of a valid return, the mutually received benefits are to be returned. In case that the product has deteriorated, a compensation regarding the value may be claimed. This does not apply in case where the deterioration of the product exclusively results from its inspection as it would have been possible for you in a shop. You also can avoid the obligation to compensate the value by not using the product as if you owned it and by refraining from acts that might affect its value.

Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. Under no circumstance costs will be higher than those effectively showed in your invoice recieved from offers:

When choosing the online payment, Paypal is in charge of processing the card’s data and Online Shop does not request or stock any sort of details regarding your bank card. In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Paypal, without third parties having any access there to whatsoever. 9.  Warranty

The warranty is granted in accordance with United Kingdom Law. ensures a 30 day warranty on all products sold. Warranty refers solely to defects of fabrication and does not cover defects arising as a result of improper use of the product. Warranty does not cover products which show physical defects such as scratches, cracks, ruptures, removed or modified, the products used in inappropriate conditions (submission to various substances on the basis of alcohol, water or any kind of liquid, submission to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, improper handling, use of products under conditions of humidity, dust, fumes or under the action of chemical substances,...) mechanics intervention or plastic, products...

The settlement of warranty will be made by repairing the defective product if this is possible, or if the repair is not possible, by replacing it with a new one. If none of the above is possible, the customer shall be reimbursed with the value of the product, by payment in his bank account. or via Credit/Debit card (depends on howthe original payment was made). It shall be settled within 15 calendar days by MARGEE BAGS LTD. Product must be sent back in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The costs relating to the transport of products subject to warranty is in customer's responsibility.
